When I was growing up, only the hardest of hard ass’s had tattoos.People would’t hire you to work for them if you had tattoos that could be seen with every day clothing. Then after the year 2000 it started getting crazy and everyone was going under the needle to get inked up! It hasn’t slowed down a bit!
